Stephanie Thompson Chief Executive Officer
Stephanie Thompson, Dell'Arte's Chief Executive Officer, formerly served as the Associate School Director of Dell’Arte and teaches in the areas of mask, commedia dell’arte, clown, acting, and entrepreneurial skills. Prior to her work At Dell’Arte she was on the core faculty of the MFA Acting program at University of Missouri Kansas City for five years, teaching physical theatre styles. She has performed throughout the US and abroad as a clown, puppeteer, stunt double, and commedia performer with companies such as The New Pickle Circus, The Lyric Opera of Chicago, Kenneth Feld Productions, California Revels, Tears of Joy Theatre Company, and Partners in Mime. She has also co-created and performed in several original theatre productions in the styles of mask, clown and commedia dell'arte. Currently she performs in "Three Trees," devised and performed by Stephanie, Joe Krienke and Lauren Wilson. A graduate of Dell'Arte and Case Western Reserve University, Stephanie is a member of SAG and AFTRA and has worked periodically in radio, TV and film. Stephanie represents Dell'Arte at meetings of NAST, our accrediting organization, and is a member of DAI's Board of Directors. |
