Lauren Wilson
Faculty/Playwright-in-Residence 1993 PTP graduate

Lauren Wilson is a playwright, director and teacher. A graduate of Reed College, she began writing plays as an ensemble member with the Dell’Arte Company. She received an M.F.A. in Theater from Sarah Lawrence College in 2007, and a 2008 Dramatists Guild Fellowship. Her plays Chemical Imbalance and The Golden State are available through Dramatists Play Service, and Wedding Duet was recently included in the Vintage anthology Laugh Lines: Short Comic Plays. She currently teaches acting, dramatic writing and theater history at the State University of New York, and at Dell’Arte’s M.F.A. program in Ensemble Theater.
